HOPKINTON – The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) has fined a Delaware-based company for violating state asbestos regulations during a project at a facility located at 94-96 South St. in Hopkinton.

Rochester, NY – The demolition project at the Rochester business complex has started. The complex was home to the nation’s first enclosed downtown shopping mall.

Asbestos Closes Heyworth schools

Two central Illinois community schools of Heyworth were closed as air sample tests came back positive for asbestos.

Couple Names 58 Companies as Defendants in Asbestos Case

CHARLESTON – A Parkersburg couple is suing 58 defendant corporations in an asbestos case, claiming that the companies are responsible for the man’s mesothelioma.
The couple has filed a lawsuit against the companies on 25th August in Kanawha Circuit Court. The complaint states that James R. Hinton was diagnosed with mesothelioma on July 7.
