HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) – Huntsville City School is cleaning up asbestos in the old Blossomwood Elementary building prior to its demolition.

CHARLESTON – A Kentucky man who is suffering from an asbestos-related lung cancer has filed a lawsuit against CSX Transportation in Kanawha Circuit Court.
The complaint was filed on June 8 by Roy E. Scudder, who had worked with CSX Transportation from 1948 until 1984 as a laborer and operator.
