Orange, CA – An Orange couple is suing 49 companies claiming that the man developed malignant mesothelioma because the defendants negligently and maliciously exposed him to asbestos all through his career as a refinery worker.
Corbett Duhon, together with his wife Barbara, filed the complaint on 3rd March in Orange County District Court.
