A Buffalo boilermaker has won over $3 million dollars in a settlement award for injuries caused by occupational exposure to asbestos.
Earl W. Tredinnick III, 61, claimed that he developed malignant mesothelioma as a result of his exposure to asbestos while working as a Local 7 Union Boilermaker between 1967 and 2002.

Cleveland, OH – The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has fined a Cleveland company for not properly removing asbestos during the renovation of the Rascal House restaurant at Cleveland State University in 2007.
