A Buffalo boilermaker has won over $3 million dollars in a settlement award for injuries caused by occupational exposure to asbestos.

Cleveland, OH – The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has fined a Cleveland company for not properly removing asbestos during the renovation of the Rascal House restaurant at Cleveland State University in 2007.
