Minnesota – Asbestos will be removed from a fire-damaged site in Minnesota, a recent report says. According to a city engineer, the clean up will be finished as early as October 2009.

MONTPELIER – The Montpelier School District is suing flooring company Morrison-Clark, Inc. for damages resulting from the South Barre firm’s awkward handling of asbestos removal during a school renovation project at the Main Street Middle School.
