Eslich Wrecking Co., a Stark County firm, will pay $16,294 in fines for violation of state safety regulations at its East Akron operation.

BOSTON – Office of U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan said that a Methuen-based businesswoman, who is facing sentencing of up to 230 years of imprisonment, missed out the court hearing.

MISSOULA – W.R. Grace environmental trial jury verified proof for the 1977 chest X-ray study of a group of Libby miners showed a high frequency of asbestos-related health problems.
