RPM loses court battle with insurers over asbestos claims

RPM International has lost the initial round of a legal fight with its five insurers.
Cleveland Federal District Court Judge Ann Aldrich’s ruling was in favor of the insurance companies who argued that their coverage of RPM for losses dealing with asbestos lawsuits had been exhausted.

Oneida removes asbestos from junior high school
